3. Shipping and Delivery
We process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. All orders will be delivered within 7 days. Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bharatee Snacks cannot be held liable for delays resulting from courier network issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because we deal in premium perishable goods, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect snack item, please contact our support team. Returns should be made within 7 days of delivery. Once a damaged order is returned and approved, the replacement order will be delivered in 7 days. If a return is approved, then the exchanged or replaced product will be delivered in 10 days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
