- Minimum Order RequirementAll wholesale orders are subject to a strict minimum order value or quantity requirement enforced during checkout.
- Pricing & GSTValid GSTIN must be provided for B2B tax invoices. This enables smooth Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
- Payment TermsPrepaid terms generally apply for initial orders. Credit terms may be extended to long-term partners subject to approval.
- Shipping & LogisticsBulk orders are dispatched via our premium logistics partners. Freight charges are calculated based on total weight and delivery destination.
Return & Refund Policy
- Bulk Order ReturnsDue to the perishable nature of premium snacks and large volumes, we do not accept general returns on wholesale orders unless products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Damage & Shortage ClaimsAny claims regarding transit damage, shortages, or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of the sealed boxes and damaged items is required.
- Refund ProcessingApproved refunds for B2B accounts are primarily processed as credit notes for future purchases, or refunded directly to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Unsold InventoryWe do not accept returns or provide refunds for unsold retail inventory from our partners.
